PRICES - are effective from 1st May 2004 and exclude V.A.T. Prices include one colour print in one position unless stated otherwise. We take payment with order. All cheques must be made payable to A&K Printing Ltd.

QUANTITY - Printed goods may be subject to 5% over or under run and charged pro-rata.

ORIGINATIONS - All block, dies and screens required for printing will incur aditional costs.

ARTWORK - All artwork including reductions, enlargements and touching up may be chargeable.

CARRIAGE - All prices are exclusive of carriage.

SAMPLES - Samples can be sent on 14 day approval and charged for unless otherwise agreed.

COLOUR MATCHING - Pantone colours are matched as close as possible. However, due to the different materials the products are manufactured from, a 100% match can be guaranteed.

PRINTED - Unless specifically stated, print colour, size and position will be at our discretion.

LIABILITY - Any liability of the sellers to the purchaser shall be limited to the price of the goods.

COMPANY LOGOS - It is not the intention of the publishers to imply that products showing corporate logos have been supplied or endorsed by the owner of the logo or trademark. They are used merely to show the effect of personalisation on gifts.

CLAIMS - Any claims for damages, or loss in transit must be made in writing within 14 days of invoice date.

CANCELLATIONS - A charge will be made for all cancelled orders.
